 This
service was designed for small accounts who want the
enhanced features and the security of their own email
services and an email address that is uniquely their
own.
Enhanced Features
All Able Mail Services accounts come with the following
features:
| Webmail |
With Webmail, you can access your
email from any computer that has Internet access.
You simply open a web browser (like Internet Explorer
or Netscape Navigator) and you can get your email
from home or the office or on the road. Excellent
new features have been built into your webmail that
lets you have an address book online, an online
calendar, a to-do-list online, and even to keep
notes and other files online. (More

| Anti-Virus Filtering |
We use state-of-the-art software
to review all email that comes or goes through your
accounts. It currently contains over 100,000 virus
definitions and is updated every 3 hours. (More

| Anti-SPAM Filtering |
We use state-of-the-art software
to filter out the SPAM and other junkmail you receive.
Even if the spammers have you on their lists, this
will help to reduce the problem. (More

| POP Mail |
You also have full access to the
normal POP3 email used by most people. You will
be able to access it through all of the popular
email programs, including Microsoft Outlook, Outlook
Express, and Netscape. |
| Alias and Forwarding Accounts |
You can create aliases and forwarding
accounts to help manage your email routing requirements.
You can even create an alias like allstaff@yourcompany.com
and add mailboxes to it; then when you sent email
to that address, a copy goes into each of the mailboxes
in the alias list. You can even forward email to
other addresses that are located somewhere else,
like AOL. |
| Auto Responders |
You can create messages that are
automatically sent whenever email is received in
a designated mailbox. This is a nice way of acknowledging
the sender and letting them know you will be with
them soon. You can even create vacation messages
that are automatically sent to tell people you are
on vacation and when you will be back. |
| Large Storage |
Mailboxes are set to hold up to 100
MB of storage, which allows you to receive email
with large file attachments. |
| Large Attachments |
You can send attachments up to 100
MB in size. This is a major increase over what is
typically allowed by ISPs and web hosting companies. |
| Customer Control Panel |
You have full access to a control
panel where you can add/delete/modify mailboxes,
aliases and forwarding accounts. |
| Easy Expansions |
As your needs grow, we can easily
add to the number of mailboxes and domains that
you have. And when your needs grow to the point
where you need your own mail server, we can easily
move you over to a dedicated mail server where you
can have thousands of mailboxes and domain names. |
For Families
We can help you secure a domain name for your personal
and exclusive use. For example, if you wanted to get
a domain name for your family, you could register "thesmiths.com".
We can then give you whatever mailboxes you want to
associate with this domain name. For example, you can
have mailboxes such as "john@thesmiths.com"
or any name. We can also provide you with aliases so
if one or more of your family wanted to get their email
at another location, you can forward it to them at their
AOL address. The advantage of this permanent email is
that as long as you own the domain name, it is more
permanent than the email address your ISP gave you.
And it is also a lot more "friendly" since
you can have "yourname@yourfamily.com" instead
of "yourname9865@aol.com". If you change ISPs,
you don't have to change your email address.
For Small Businesses
Even if you aren't ready to build that website yet,
you can still get a domain name and your own email.
This helps build name recognition for your company.
Then when you do get your website, everyone will already
have the address (because it is part of your email).
Doesn't this make more sense than having an email address
at AOL or Hotmail.com?
What do you need?
All you need is a domain name (we can register one
for you for only $25 a year). We create a new Mail Services
account for you. You then add your new mailboxes. We
will help you set up your email program to access your
new email (Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, etc.).
Then you are all set. You can send and receive email
through your new accounts. You can also use the Webmail
with any Internet connection and a web browser like
Internet Explorer.
